• Appointments are booked through our third-party scheduling partner. A platform convenience fee may be charged by that platform at the time of booking to secure your slot. This fee is set and collected by the scheduling platform, not by SMS Astrology.
• The consultation fee for our services varies by service type and duration. Fees are displayed on the relevant service page or communicated to you via WhatsApp before you proceed.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

5. Accuracy of Information

The quality of your consultation depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). We are not responsible for errors in consultation output arising from incorrect details provided by you.
